RETURN & REFUNDS: Because these are customized products, a $15 restocking fee applies to returns and refunds for phone cases, excluding shipping costs. A refund request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. Products must be completely unused to be eligible.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be made within 3 days of your order. You will receive a 75% refund of your total.
REPLACING/ORDERING THE WRONG PHONE MODEL: If you made a mistake with the phone model, contact us at HELLO@MAYZIE.CO to discuss an exchange.
